How to play at a live table
Video Stream Connection
As soon as the game starts, a live video feed comes directly from Ezugi's studio. A professional camera is focused on the table and multiple viewing angles are available.
Dealer and Chips
The betting interface is on one side of the screen — select a chip amount and click the relevant spot to place your bet. The dealer remains visible on screen.
Betting Window
Each round has a set time limit — you must place your bet within that time. Once it closes, the dealer completes the round with cards or a ball.
Result and Settlement
At the end of the round, any winnings are automatically credited to your account. The entire process is visible on screen with no steps hidden.
Overall, no separate software installation is needed to join a live table — you can connect through your browser or the 999 bad App.
Choose the right table for you
Entering the Ezugi lobby shows many tables at once. The minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed next to each table, making it easy to decide based on your budget.
- Check bet limits: Start at a low-limit table where you can play with smaller amounts. As you gain experience, you can move to higher-stakes tables.
- Dealer language: Some tables use English or Hindi. Choosing a table in your preferred language makes the experience more comfortable.
- Number of seats: Blackjack has a limited number of seats — during busy times, you can find a spot at another table. Baccarat generally has no seating restriction.
- Game pace: Speed format rounds finish quickly. If you are short on time, this format is an option.
- Game type: If Baccarat or Teen Patti is unfamiliar, read the rules first. Read the FAQ — it covers common questions.
How to play smoothly on mobile data
Because live stream video is running, connection quality matters more when playing on mobile data. Following the tips below reduces the chance of interruptions.
Choose a good connection
Video runs smoothly on 4G or Wi-Fi. In areas with weak signal, stream quality may drop.
Battery and charging
Running a live game for a long time drains the battery quickly. It is better to play while charging or keep a power bank nearby.
Screen brightness
Keep brightness at a medium level to see cards and numbers clearly — it also reduces eye strain.
Landscape mode
Holding the phone horizontally gives a full view of the table and makes the betting panel easier to reach.
Turn off notifications
Notifications from other apps during play break your focus. Keeping the phone in Do Not Disturb mode helps.
Do not refresh the page
Refreshing the page while the betting window is open may cancel your bet for that round — avoidable with a stable connection.
Transparency and fairness in live games
In live casino, outcomes are determined by real physical means rather than computer algorithms — cards are dealt by hand and the roulette ball spins on a real wheel. This gives players more confidence in the results.
Live video: The entire process is visible in real time. Everything from the dealer turning cards to the ball landing is clear on screen.
Regular shuffle and rotation: In Baccarat and Blackjack, the deck is shuffled at set intervals. The shuffling is shown on screen.
History and statistics: A list of recent results is visible at each table. Players can analyse patterns if they wish.
Secure connection: Data is protected by SSL encryption. Bet or payment details are not shared with any third party.
Support always available: 999 bad offers 24/7 live chat and email support in both Bengali and English. Contact us directly for any issues.
Following the responsible gaming guidelines keeps live casino enjoyable — set your own time and budget limits.
